What is a Deferred Deep Link?

Deferred Deep Link | Definition

A Deferred Deep Link is a mobile-hosted link that takes a user to the intended content through the install process. It matches the user who clicked a link to an app to the same user who opened the app for the first time after installing. Users without the app are redirected to the correct app store for download. When the app is launched, the user is taken to the intended content.
